It seems quite ridiculous to think that prior to 2020, many of us touched surfaces in buildings and public places without much thought about how we might be both becoming contaminated and spreading infection. But we did.

And even now with a new government enforced awareness about good hand hygiene, in the wake of an evacuation hygiene will (understandably) not be front of mind. Since the beginning of the pandemic, TagEvac^® have been thinking about this problem and have carefully considered the impact of Covid-19 on the products they supply. Viirro is now supplied as standard with all TagEvac^® systems, providing protection from COVID-19 and other viruses, even in the event of an emergency, reassuring health & safety managers that their buildings are kept safe and operational.

Reassessing infection control policies

With all the above in mind, it comes as no surprise that organisations around the world, not just in the United Kingdom, need to reassess their infection control policies and procedures and put it to the top of their list of priorities.
